iMatter
iMatter is the NHS Scotland staff experience continuous improvement tool, developed nationally and used across all NHSScotland Boards.
In NHS Grampian, iMatter helps individuals, teams, services and partnerships understand and improve staff experience — the way colleagues experience their working environment, feel supported at work, and are able to contribute, develop and do their best work.
Staff experience is closely linked to engagement, wellbeing, teamwork and the quality of care provided to patients and service users.
What is iMatter?
iMatter is based on an annual staff engagement questionnaire which colleagues are invited to complete.
