iMatter Information Sessions

This short 45‑minute facilitated online session, delivered by a member of the NHS Grampian iMatter team, provides a straightforward introduction to iMatter for staff. It explains what iMatter is, how staff feedback is used, and what happens after the survey closes.

The session is particularly aimed at colleagues who are new to the NHS or who haven’t previously engaged with iMatter, and it provides space to explore common questions or doubts in a supportive, non‑pressured way. It’s designed to build understanding and confidence, rather than to promote or pressure survey participation.

The same live session is being offered on three different dates — you only need to attend one, so please choose the date that works best for you.
