Quiet/reflective space

This page provides information about quiet/reflective spaces across NHS Grampian sites.

Many NHS Grampian sites offer quiet/reflective spaces.

These are open to everyone – patients, visitors, staff and volunteers are all welcome. While some are called chapels, these are for people of all faiths and none.

These are places for quiet reflection, meditation, prayer, or a space just to be.

These are shared spaces. Please treat others kindly, respect their need for quiet, and if you find someone using a space you'd like please wait until they are finished.

Many sites also have outdoor spaces where you can reflect and connect with nature and others.
