New Psychological First Aid Online Workshops Launched

Psychological First Aid is defined as a humane, supportive, and flexible response to a fellow human being who is suffering during or after crises or emergencies. Given that we can all respond differently to challenging situations, how might Psychological First Aid support us as individuals, as leaders and as fellow human beings.
Horseback UK Course available for Facilities & Estates Staff as part of #Timeoutforwellbeing

Open to all members of staff working within Facilities and Estates (F&E), we are please to announce spaces are now available for the 4-week Horseback UK Wellbeing Course, 1.5 hours each week. The course is free to sign up for and starts Wednesday 22nd February 2023 at 1.15pm.
