EngageHQ (Sentiment & Feedback) is a digital engagement platform that helps organisations gather feedback, run consultations, communicate updates, and understand what matters to people and communities.  It is widely used by public sector bodies, including local authorities and government organisations, to host surveys, discussions, ideas boards, mapping tools, and more.

Once your team or service has been added to the platform, there is an expectation that you will be responsible and be able to work autonomously to create, approve, maintain and remove your own content.

Granicus also provide a range of support options, including an online help centre, email, chat and phone support where appropriate.
