NHS Grampian: Every Voice Matters
At NHS Grampian, we are committed to creating a culture where everyone feels safe, valued and empowered to speak up. Speak Up Week 2026 is an opportunity to celebrate the importance of listening, learning and improving together.
Whether you want to share an idea, raise a concern, challenge the way things are done, or highlight something that is working well, your voice matters. Speaking up helps us improve services, strengthen our teams and create better experiences for patients, families and colleagues.
Throughout the week, we will be sharing information, resources and stories that demonstrate the positive difference speaking up can make. We will also be highlighting the support available to staff and volunteers, including confidential routes for raising concerns and opportunities to contribute to change.
Creating an open and inclusive culture is everyone's responsibility. By listening with respect, acting on feedback and encouraging honest conversations, we can continue to build a workplace where people feel heard, supported and able to make a difference.
You'll find all our activities for the week in the tabs above and you can also access and dowload leaflets and posters in the links below. So please explore our Speak Up Week pages and get involved as we celebrate the power of every voice and our shared commitment to making NHS Grampian an inclusive place to work and receive care.
You can also explore this website to find out about the activities we've done to bring you Speak Up Week in NHS Grampian and our jouney over five years. We've also captured some of this work in the short videos below. We hop you enjoy them.
