Gambling-related harm is the negative impact gambling can have on a person’s finances, relationships, physical or mental health, work, education or overall wellbeing. It can also affect family members, friends and communities.

Free and confidential support is available if gambling is affecting you or someone you care about.

Free and confidential support for people affected by gambling-related harm, including support for family members and loved ones. The RCA Trust provides one-to-one counselling and support, group meetings, family support, and advice and information.

Citizens Advice Scotland: Gambling Support Service

Free and confidential support for people in Scotland affected by gambling. Advisers can help with issues linked to gambling, including debt, housing, work and relationships. They can also refer you to treatment or other specialist services if needed.
