The MSK Community Appointment Day (CAD) is designed to provide a more holistic and person centred approach for individuals with MSK conditions. It brings together physiotherapy assessment alongside wider health, wellbeing, and practical support in one accessible setting.
Creating space for “What Matters to You” conversations helps the team understand each person’s priorities and connect them with the right support to manage their condition and overall wellbeing.
This approach reflects a shift from the traditional model of care to one that supports self-management, prevention, and wider wellbeing, helping people feel more confident in managing their MSK condition and making informed decisions about their health.
