In line with the Plan for the Future the Putting People First approach begins a systemic shift in how we welcome, involve and invite all colleagues and citizens to contribute to improving services and help shape the future of health and care in Grampian.

In 2026, thanks to support from the NHS Grampian charity, we are taking forward some tangible actions to change how we do things locally.

This includes:

1. Community Appointment Days

2. Introduction of Real Time Feedback Loops

3. Increasing peoples’ skills and confidence in listening to and involving people

4. Engage HQ – our new digital engagement platform

5. Grow the Hope Collaborative so we learn and share stories of impact together
