Everyone Matters Pulse Survey: Have Your Say
At NHS Grampian, improving staff experience, wellbeing and engagement is a priority. That's why we're introducing the Everyone Matters Pulse Survey, a new way for colleagues to share their views throughout the year, alongside the annual iMatter survey.
The first survey is open from the 25th September to the 18 October 2026 and takes just 2-3 minutes to complete. With only five questions, it's a quick opportunity to tell us about your experience of working in NHS Grampian and help shape future improvements.
All responses are anonymous, and insights gathered will help us better understand staff experience, monitor progress, and identify areas where additional support may be needed.
