Coaching Skills for Manager- August Cohort Apply now

Induction on 19 August 2026 at 15.00-15.30 pm

Coaching Skills for Managers is a blended learning programme for colleagues in all roles and Bands, who have a line management responsibility. It is expected that the programme will be studied over 8 weeks, with the total learning commitment estimated at around 14 hours and consisting of:

• Induction session (online via MS Teams) - 30 min in week 1 
• 5 self-directed e-learning modules - approx. 9 hrs of flexible, self-study in weeks 1-5
• 2 coaching practice sessions in a small group facilitated by accredited Coach - 2 x 2 hours in approx. weeks 6 & 8 (dates to be agreed by each practice group at the induction session)
