Aberdeenshire Health Walks Programme
The Aberdeenshire Health Walks programme offers a wide range of walking and wheeling opportunities designed to support people of all abilities.
We provide flexible options to help you get active at your own pace, with walk durations ranging from 10 minutes up to 1 hour. Many of our groups offer different route lengths and strength and balance exercises as part of their walking activity. Allowing participants to choose what suits them best.
Our Aberdeenshire Health Walks programme includes the SeaFit Health Walk in Peterhead. The SeaFit programme supports retired fishermen and their family members.
For more information about our Aberdeenshire Health Walks Programme, please contact:

We look forward to welcoming you to one of our Health Walks.
We use both terms walking and wheeling as it’s more inclusive. Both words represent the action of moving at a pedestrian’s pace, whether or not someone is unaided or using any kind of wheeled mobility aid.
