Director of Public Health Annual Report 2025

Women's Health

This year’s Director of Public Health Annual Report focuses on women’s health across Grampian. It provides an overview of the current health status of women, alongside the programmes and interventions already in place to address identified needs.

The report highlights key priority areas where prevention-led action can have the greatest impact on improving health outcomes and reducing inequalities. It also sets out a series of recommendations for partners, reflecting their respective roles and responsibilities in supporting women’s health.

Importantly, the report has been shaped by the voices and lived experiences of women. It also draws on contributions from health and care teams across Grampian, as well as engagement with NHS Grampian’s Women’s Board.

There are several ways to access the report, including the full version, a summary version, and short videos that provide an overview of each section.
