This year's report focuses on the experiences and needs of children and young people in Grampian. The report explores four key themes - poverty, health inequities, mental health and neurodiversity, and climate change - through the lens of children's lived experiences. The report calls for continued cross-sector collaboration, data-informed decision-making, and meaningful engagement with children and young people to shape services that reflect their needs and aspirations. We now need to do everything we can to act on what children have told us and work with them to enable the futures they want to achieve.
