NHS Grampian has partnered with Zenith to offer employees a salary sacrifice scheme for new and used electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.

Included in just one monthly cost, you’ll get:

The scheme is open to any NHS Grampian employee who:

• Has a permanent contract of employment, or a fixed term contract of employment that is longer than the duration of the contract period.
  
  
• Earns above Scottish Living Wage after the monthly sacrificed amount has been deducted, including any other salary sacrifice arrangements you may have. NHS Grampian’s Car Lease/Expenses team will undertake a viability check, based on your contractual salary, to assess whether you meet this criteria.
  
  
• Is aged between 20-65 years old
  
  
• Holds a full driving licence if designated as the main driver. Please note that if the NHS Grampian employee is not to be the main driver, then the main driver must hold a full driving licence and the NHS Grampian employee may be a non driver in that situation.
  
  
• Does not have a current arrestment of pay at the point of application.
  
  
• Is not on no pay at the point of application, e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, career break
  
  
• Meets the insurance eligibility - the full details are in your policy document.
  
  
• Complies with the terms and conditions of the Zenith Salary Sacrifice policy and the Salary Sacrifice Use Car policy.

For clarity, bank workers are not eligible to apply for this scheme.

Please follow this link to an online form (accessible from any device) to register your interest in accessing Zenith’s online portal for this scheme. This step is essential as we are required to verify your employment details before you can access the Zenith portal. This form collects the minimum information needed for that verification: your name, payroll number and NHS email address. No other data will be shared at this stage. Once this step has been completed, you will receive an email directly from Zenith with your login details.

PLEASE NOTE: Salary sacrifice pricing includes all maintenance and servicing, road tax, insurance, breakdown and recovery, tyres, glass and accident management. It excludes the cost of manufacturer subscriptions, the end-of-contract collection fee and any increases to road tax (increases will be subject to VAT). The installation of home charging points is also chargeable and arranged separately. You will not own the car during the contract period but you will have the option to purchase it thereafter.
