Welcome to our Annual Report, celebrating a year of listening, learning and working alongside people and communities across Grampian. As our first annual report, it captures the breadth of work undertaken to support meaningful involvement in service design and change, strengthen inclusive engagement, grow our public and partner networks, and give colleagues the confidence and practical tools to involve people well.

 

Highlights include the continued growth of the Grampian Engagement Network, the development of more flexible ways to participate through our Public Involvement Network, new engagement training and resources, and support for a wide range of important service developments. Above all, the report demonstrates our commitment to designing services with people, not for people, and ensuring that diverse voices and lived experience help shape the future of health and care in Grampian.
