NHS Grampian Three Year Delivery Plan approved

The NHS Grampian board has endorsed the 2026/27 Priorities for Delivery.

Our Priorities for Delivery 2026/27 set out the main goals NHS Grampian will aim for over the year, building confidence among patients and staff by clearly explaining what we are working towards and how we plan to deliver the best possible care for the people of Grampian.

These Priorities have been shaped by honest conversations with patients, staff, partners, volunteers and communities across Grampian. They reflect what matters most to people, such as reducing waiting times.
