CAIRN - NHS Grampian
Collaborative Assessment of Innovation for Remote Monitoring in the North
The NHS in Scotland faces major pressures in planned and unscheduled care, largely due to poor patient flow and delayed discharges in acute hospitals. As part of a North of Scotland initiative, NHS Grampian will join their neighbouring health boards to evaluate a technology-enabled Hospital-at-Home service using Feebris software on British Telecoms infrastructure. The project aims to facilitate community triage and real-time remote monitoring to reduce admissions, improve flow, cut transfer costs, expand capacity, and enhance patient and clinician experience.
