We are delighted to share an invitation for staff to join us in welcoming Jay O'Brien our new Director of People and Culture who, over the next few weeks will be our special guest at each of our equality-focused staff networks (see dates below).
This will be a great opportunity to get to know Jay, hear more about his role, emerging priorities and the developing THRIVE plan for workforce experience and culture across NHS Grampian.
As consultation begins, this is an important early opportunity for colleagues to ask questions, share their insight and help influence how future priorities are designed and delivered. Equality, diversity and inclusion is central to creating a workplace where every colleague feels valued, included and able to thrive, and the voices of our staff networks have an essential part to play.
