Shaping Inclusive Management Practice in NHS Grampian
Focus Group with Jason Nicol, Head of Wellbeing, Culture and Development
Wednesday 22nd April 2.15 – 3.15 pm
Colleagues in Wellbeing, Culture and Development are currently developing a set of ‘Management Fundamentals’ for NHS Grampian. These will set out, in simple terms, the key things we want all managers to do when looking after their teams.
One of these areas is Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) which means making sure everyone feels respected, included and supported to make their best contributions.
At this session, Jason Nicol, Head of Wellbeing, Culture and Development will share the work which has been done so far and ask for your views on how it can be enhanced from the perspective of the staff experience.
Your participation and contributions will be essential to making sure this work is practical, meaningful, and supportive of an inclusive NHS Grampian.
