Help Shape the NHS Grampian Women's Health Action Plan

As part of the development of the NHS Grampian Women's Health Action Plan, we are undertaking a series of 'Women's Voices' engagement sessions to better understand women's experiences, priorities and aspirations for health and wellbeing across the life course.

We would love to hear from women working across NHS Grampian. Whether your experiences have been positive, challenging, or somewhere in between, your insights can help us better understand what matters most and what good women's health support looks like for the future.

The sessions will provide a friendly and supportive space to share experiences, reflect on what helps women to thrive, discuss barriers to health and wellbeing, and explore ideas for improving services and support across Grampian. There will be opportunities to take part either in person or via Microsoft Teams.

We would be delighted to hear from women involved in the NHS Grampian Equalities Network. Hearing a diverse range of experiences and perspectives will help ensure the Women's Health Action Plan reflects what matters most to women and supports equitable, person-centred care for all.

If you would be interested in taking part, or would like to find out more, please contact Katie Reekie at katie.reekie@nhs.scot
