ABLE Network
The NHS Grampian ABLE (Ability, Belonging, Learning/Leadership & Equity) Network exists to create a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment for staff with disability, impairment or with long‑term health conditions.
The Network aims to:
- Provide a safe space for peer support and shared experience.
- Champion disability inclusion across NHS Grampian.
- Work in partnership with staff and management to influence policy, practice, and organisational culture.
- Contribute to the delivery of NHS Grampian’s Equality Outcomes and legal duties under the Equality Act 2010.
- Ensure disabled employees’ voices shape decisions that affect their working lives.
