Chronic Pain Community Appointment Day

Chronic Pain Header.png

The Chronic Pain CAD is designed to provide holistic support for individuals living with chronic pain by bringing together clinical services, community organisations, and peer support in one accessible setting. Its primary aim is to empower attendees through “What Matters to You” conversations, enabling them to share their priorities and access tailored information and resources. The CAD focuses on improving knowledge, confidence in self-management, and emotional wellbeing, while reducing isolation by fostering peer connections. By integrating health professionals with voluntary sector partners and lived experience groups, the Chronic Pain CAD seeks to create a collaborative environment that promotes person-centred care, supports behavioural change, and enhances overall quality of life for those affected by chronic pain.
