The informed level of practice (level 1) is the most broadly applicable and the associated learning resources are relevant to everyone. 

With the right knowledge and skills, everyone can make a positive difference to their own and others’ mental health and can contribute to supporting people experiencing mental ill health and preventing self-harm or suicide.
