NHS Grampian is looking to the future and planning how we are going to rebuild healthcare services after a challenging time during the COVID-19 pandemic. This plan for the future is what we call our Strategy.

We have had to work very differently during the pandemic to continue providing care to those who have needed it the most. Some of the changes have been positive, some less so.

We are grateful for the support the people of Grampian have shown us throughout this time and want to rebuild care services with your help.

NHS Grampian’s Plan for the Future has now been launched!!

We constructed the Plan for the Future around three simple things that we think are really important, and we hope will resonate with everyone. These are People, Places and Pathways.

At the heart of the Plan for the Future is the idea that we want to create sustainable health and care over the next 10 years. We have a vision to provide a balance between responding to illness and helping people to stay well.
