
The Fraserburgh Community Appointment Day is a welcoming event bringing together mental health and wellbeing teams, community groups and local support organisations.
Attendees can have a short “What matters to you” conversation, join mini sessions, explore information stalls and enjoy free refreshments.

Who it’s for
Anyone who would find it helpful to chat with friendly local teams and organisations about mental health, wellbeing, practical support, or ways to get more connected in their community. There will also be a range of mental health and wellbeing talks on the day that people can go along to. Their will be organisations covering a range of things including:
- Mental health & wellbeing
- Money and cost‑of‑living support
- Housing
- Employment
- Community connection and activities
How to attend
- Drop in anytime 10am–3pm — no booking required
What’s on offer
- A friendly check‑in
- A short “What matters to you” chat with a staff member
- Optional mini wellbeing sessions (e.g., managing anxiety, breathing techniques, digital tools, food & wellbeing)
- Stalls from local organisations
- Free refreshments in the café space
