Does technology create greater or lesser equality in the workplace?
Come and join this special ‘takeover session’ and debate the future of digital technologies in NHS Grampian. Led by NHS Grampian’s Chief Digital Officer, Martin Innes, we will discuss – ‘does the shift from being a health service which uses digital, to being a Digital Health Service, create greater or lesser inequality?
The feedback from this session will help to inform wider planning to digitally support our colleagues, so don’t miss this exciting opportunity to get involved.
Also during this session Martin will share with colleagues the steps the Digital Team are taking to create greater inclusion through innovative technologies and the positive steps team is taking to help make support more accessible.

What does AI mean for digital equality?
For this special ‘take over edition of the NEG – Chief Digital Officer, Martin Innes will be discussing the future of our digital technologies including how AI might better support our workforce, with a specific focus on neurodiversity.
During the session, Martin will delve into some of the ways emerging AI technologies can be a powerful tools to support neurodivergent colleagues by providing tailored solutions that can enhance productivity, communication, and overall well-being.
Also during this session Martin will share with colleagues the steps the Digital Team are taking to create greater inclusion through innovative technologies and the positive steps team is taking to help make support more accessible.
