Practice Anapana meditation as taught by Mr S N Goenka

 

Meditation has proven mental health benefits which in turn improves the general well-being of staff and boosts performance at work. Here is an opportunity to practice Anapana meditation which is the first step in the practice of Vipassana Meditation . Sessions will be facilitated by Dr Khyati Parikh who works in NHSG Research and Development.

 

What: Anapana meditation: Introduction and practice- 25 minutes.

 

Time: Session 1: 12:15 to 12:45pm

         Session 2: 12:55 to 13:25pm

 

When and where:

  • 30th March 2026, Room 218 Suttie Centre
