National Wellbeing Week 1st-7th of September 2025

National Wellbeing Week 2025 will run from Monday 1st September to Sunday 7th September 2025. The National event is being coordinated by the National Wellbeing Champions, a network of leaders in wellbeing representing health, social work and social care organisations across Scotland, with support from the Scottish Government.
The weeklong programme offers free online sessions designed for professionals across health and social care. This year the theme is “Supporting Workplace Culture” and invites you as individuals and teams to come together to explore, discuss and learn about building positive work environments. Tuesday 2nd - Thursday 4th September 10:00-14:30 at the Foyer Area, Dr Gray’s Hospital
A series of rotating information and support stalls. Each day will feature a different mix of contributors, including the HealthPoint Team, Occupational Health staff, and local support groups.
