Supporting communities to create their own information points
NHS Grampian’s Public Health Healthpoint & Resources service works in partnership with the Health and Social Care Partnerships across Grampian to offer support to local community groups/services to establish their own Community Information Points (CIP). This involves providing free promotional material for the various health campaigns that are held throughout the year, access to condom and BBV distribution list.
If you would like to become part of the community information network please email gram.healthpointadmin@nhs.scot
