NHS Grampian Public Health Workplace Team

Helping employers create healthier, safer, and more productive workplaces

The NHS Grampian, Public Health Directorate Workplace Team offer a range of advice and practical support to help employers and industry sectors create a healthier and safer working environment.

Good employers know their workforce is their most valuable asset. Employers taking a fair work approach to staff health and wellbeing can expect to see increased productivity and staff engagement, and reduced sickness absence and recruitment costs. Alongside, this contributes to sustainable economic growth across the region and can help to reduce the health inequalities gap.

Our advice is free and confidential and we work with employers and employees in all sizes of workplaces across many sectors to improve health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace.
