Systematic Anti Cancer Treatment (SACT)

A national project is looking into the development of electronic consent forms for Systemic Anti Cancer Treatment (SACT) services.  This is because the Scottish Government has made a commitment to standardise consent under point 60 of their Recovery and Redesign commitment Recovery and redesign: cancer services - action plan - https://www.gov.scot/publications/recovery-redesign-action-plan-cancer-services/pages/11/ 

To collect the view of adult SACT patients, a questionnaire has been designed on Microsoft Forms which can be completed on any smart device. The questionnaire takes around 5 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. The survey will open on 01/06/22 and close on 31/08/22.
