People can work out why they feel as they do, how to tackle problems, build confidence, get going again, feel happier, stay calm, tackle upsetting thinking and more. The courses are free for individuals using them in their own lives.

Beating the Blues

A computerized CBT service aimed at helping those suffering from anxiety and/or depression. Programme consists of 8 one hour weekly sessions that can be completed online at the user’s pace. This is a paid service, however if your GP refers you to this service and you are deemed appropriate for the criteria this service is free.
