The courses are free for individuals using them in their own lives.

Beating the Blues
A computerized CBT service aimed at helping those suffering from anxiety and/or depression. Programme consists of 8 one hour weekly sessions that can be completed online at the user’s pace. This is a paid service, however if your GP refers you to this service and you are deemed appropriate for the criteria this service is free.
