Hospital at Home (H@H) provides hospital level acute medical care within patients own homes, over 7 days per week. We are working towards becoming a 24/7 service and currently have daily capacity for 35 patients in our care across Aberdeen City. We currently treat Frailty patients but are looking to expand into other specialties such as Respiratory and General Medicine.
