The visit featured:
✅ Inspiring discussions on health, life sciences, and clinical innovation
✅ Showcases of cutting-edge technologies and approaches
✅ Opportunities to explore future partnerships in AI-driven healthcare and advanced imaging
We were delighted to hear from Deborah O’Neil OBE FRSE (Opportunity North East Limited), Professors David Blackbourn and Lesley Anderson (University of Aberdeen), and Hazel Dempsey (NHS North of Scotland Innovation Hub).
A highlight was learning about ITRI’s global initiatives from Eric Y. Chuang, Vice President and General Director, who shared insights into international collaborations and smart hospital innovations.
A huge thank you to all speakers, hosts, and attendees for fostering open dialogue and a collaborative spirit. This visit reinforced the exciting potential for UK–Taiwan partnerships to drive impactful outcomes in healthcare innovation.
