'Leading a Speak Up Culture' - NHS Grampian Chief Executive, Laura Skaife-Knight
'I am committed to leading from the front when it comes to creating a culture at NHS Grampian where staff feel safe speaking up and confident they will feel listened to, supported and see their feedback acted on. This will result in positive change and learning for the organisation, and a culture grounded in openness and transparency.'
‘The benefits of Building Trust’
Today we encourage everyone to check out the Independent National Whistleblowing Officer (INWO) Showcase and find NHS Grampian featured as part of the fantastic work taking place across Scotland.
In addition, you may have spotted that the NHS Grampian Staff Equalities Network, along with our fantastic Catering Team at ARI have been recently featured by Leading to Change.
The piece explores how a workplace which recognises and celebrates diversity is more likely to be a psychologically safe workplace, and which in so doing, makes it more likely that people will feel safe and supported to speak up and contribute towards positive change.
