Welcome Video for Speak Up Week 2025 from NHS Grampian Chair Alison Evison
Welcoming us all to Speak Up Week 2025, we are delighted to introduce a special launch video from our Chair Alison Evison. In this video, Alison shines a light on the importance of fostering a speak up culture in NHS Grampian, and the crucial role of managers - listening carefully when approached and knowing how to act.
Alison also extends a very special thanks to our 17 dedicated Speak Up Ambassadors, who are always available to support any staff member with any issue or concerns they may have. You can find out more about Alison thoughts and reflections for Speak Up Week 2025:
