At NHS Grampian, inclusion isn’t just a policy—it’s something we live and celebrate. One delicious example of this is our Staff Equalities Network’s partnership with the NHS Grampian Catering Team, where we’ve turned lunchtime into a celebration of culture, identity, and belonging.
