Training and Education

Sexual health training and education in Grampian is driven by the Sexual Health and Blood Borne Virus Framework (Scottish Government, 2011) 'Respect and Responsibility: Delivering Improvements in Sexual Health Outcomes 2008- 2011' and the 'NHS Quality Improvement Standards 2008'.  This work is taken forward by the Sexual Health Network Education Group who report to Sexual Health Network Executive group.  Information on their Remit and Aims and Workplan are also available.   They have also produced a Training Guide which make recommendations for training across a variety of roles from signposting to services to Medical and Nursing training.
