Aberdeenshire Wellbeing Festival - Sunday 7th May to Sunday 14th May 2017

The Aberdeenshire Wellbeing Festival supports Mental Health Awareness Week.

The festival promotes and celebrates everyday community opportunities which contribute to our wellbeing.  A healthy diet and regular exercise are good for our physical and mental wellbeing as are strong social relationships and good community networks.  The Aberdeenshire Wellbeing Festival is an opportunity to raise awareness of how individuals, groups and communities can support mental wellbeing for all, reduce stigma and promote recovery.

The festival programme of activities is promoted and delivered on a North, Central and South basis and is a partnership project between Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership and other public services, the third sector, community organisation and private providers.
