What is the Public Forum?
The NHS Grampian Public Forum is made up of patients, carers and members of the general public who have an interest in health services in Grampian.
Much of the Forum's work is associated with issues that affect the whole of Grampian. The work can involve participating in discussion sessions with clinical staff and managers, joining working groups, completing questionnaires and giving feedback on current local issues.
Who can join?
The Public Forum is open to anyone who has an interest in health and health related issues - you do not need to have specialist skills, knowledge or experience of health and medical care.
There are currently no forthcoming meetings for the Public Forum arranged. Meetings for the Public Forum in 2014 are currently being organised and will be announced in due course.
Meetings are usually held at Curl Aberdeen, Eday Walk, Aberdeen.
Information from previous meetings is available at this link.
Alternatively, if you would like to come along to a meeting before registering, please contact the Public Involvement Team.
A review of the NHS Grampian Public Forum was completed in 2011. The summary report (pdf) details the results of the review and how the feedback will be used to make improvements.
