We are committed to giving you the best possible service. Our Practice Manager is in charge of the day to day running of the practice and is responsible for ensuring that the service we provide is always of the highest quality.

To that end, should you have any suggestions about improvements to the service we provide, telephone or write to our Practice Manager or ask to speak to them at the surgery.

If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have recieved from the doctors or any of the staff working in the practice please let us know. We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of an NHS system for dealing with complaints.  The Practice Manager is your first point of contact for any complaint you may wish to make about the practice.  A complaints leaflet is available on request.
