There are a large number of policies currently in operation ranging from absence to the working time directive. Only policies agreed for NHS Grampian will be available on this page. For all other policies pertaining to Grampian Primary Care Trust, Grampian University Hospitals Trust, Grampian Health Board and Health Promotions, please contact your HR contact.

The policies are intended as a guide to develop awareness of, and assist managers and staff in all aspects of their employment. HR contacts are available throughout the Trust to provide additional help and guidance whenever required.
