Comments, Compliments and Complaints

We would welcome any comments you would like to make. If you wish to praise our staff, comment on our standards of care or any other aspect of your stay in hospital, please let us know by completing one of our feedback forms. These are available in all wards and are on display throughout the hospital.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you receive, please speak to any member of the ward staff, who will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

If, for any reason, you would prefer not to speak to a member of staff, you can either:
