The whole practice team strives to provide a high standard of service. We appreciate your comments on the services we provide and would always wish to hear of any suggestions you may have for improvement.

Complaints

In conjunction with NHS complaints procedures, the practice offers an informal, in-house procedure to deal with any complaints arising from the service we provide.  If you wish to make a complaint about the service you have received we must ask for this to be in writing and to be sent for the attention of our Practice Manager. We attempt to resolve problems swiftly and take action appropriately when we have failed to achieve the high standards we aim for. We do, however, expect any complaint to be of a reasonable nature. A leaflet detailing the system (which meets the national criteria) is available from the reception desk on request.
