A service will be held in Queen's Cross Church, Aberdeen at 3pm on Sunday 13 September for those who have died in hospital or at Roxburghe House.
The service has been organised by Reverend Sylvia Spencer, and will be conducted by the hospital chaplains. There will be an opportunity for the lighting of a candle and, for the first time, those attending can have their loved one's name read out during a special section of the service.
All relatives, friends and staff are welcome to attend this annual service of thanksgiving and remembrance.
