Following the resounding success of last year's event NHS Grampian with support from the Infection Prevention Society (IPS) is hosting the 5th Champions Challenged Conference at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre.
 
This year's conference will focus on a number of innovations and developments within infection prevenion and control including:
  • National Perspective - How NHS Scotland is tackling HAI
  • The medical viewpoint of MRSA Screening
  • How all healthcare professionals have a role to play in the management of Norovirus
  • Cleaning and the healthcare environment 
  • Delivering the Quality Strategy through Facilities Services
  • Targets and Performance v Quality Improvement - The Big Debate
The event is free of charge to NHS Grampian employees and IPS members, there is a charge of £72 for delegates who are not an NHS Grampian employee or an IPS member.
