Booking arrangements for seasonal flu vaccinations

The flu vaccination programme aims to reduce the spread of flu to patients, service users and colleagues, helping to reduce the burden of staff shortages on health and social care services.

Seasonal flu vaccination is available to:

NHS Grampian staff
Social care and voluntary sector personnel employed to provide personal care to children and adults, both in care homes and in the community.

Social care and voluntary sector personnel working in care homes and the community will be required to provide a Link opens in new window

letter from their manager authorising the vaccination (doc).

Flu vaccinations will be available through NHS Grampian's Occupational Health Service at various locations in Grampian on a booking only basis.

community pharmacists (pdf) will provide seasonal flu vaccinations.

Once the completed booking form is received, Occupational Health will contact you and offer an appointment at your nearest centre, once vaccine is available.
