Community Child Health

The Community Child Health Service in Grampian supports children and young people between the ages of 0 and 19 years. To assist professionals and parents in the support of those with complex needs, diagnostic and patient care pathways have been produced. The pathways aim to provide a broad overview of statutory and voluntary services available to children/young people and their family, from birth/diagnosis to school leaving age.
