Introduction
The Foresterhill Masterplan sets out NHS Grampian's plans for the future delivery of healthcare services on the Foresterhill site. It describes a number of new developments which will modernise healthcare services and facilities. One of the largest new developments on the Foresterhill site will be the Emergency Care Centre.
The NHS Grampian Emergency Care Centre will bring together emergency and urgent care services into one building on the Foresterhill site. Accident and Emergency (A&E), G-MED (out-of-hours medical service), NHS24 and services for people who require urgent assessment / treatment will all be in the new building, providing seamless state-of-the-art treatment for patients.
