Welcome to the NHS Grampian dental services website.
NHS Grampian provides dental services for approximately 500,000 people who live in the Grampian area. There are 71 independent dental practitioners who provide their own staff and premises. In addition there are 19 salaried dental practices and 22 community dental practices provided by NHS Grampian who offer NHS services for patients with special needs or where there is no other available dental service. In total there are 304 dentists who practice within NHS Grampian.
NHS Grampian dental services aim to support people within the NHS Grampian area to maintain and improve their oral and dental health with priority given to disadvantaged individuals and communities. Please take a look at out oral health promotion page.
